One of the problems we used to have was calling the hardware vendor and having him tell us it was a software problem, and then calling the software vendor and having him tell us it was a hardware problem, and we wouldn't get anywhere. With ORBIT's Help Desk we've got one number to call and it doesn't matter what kind of problem it is.
